How is my customer informed about the number portability process?
When the customer starts the process of number portability, they validate their porting request with a code via SMS or email. In case of errors, the customer is immediately notified, with clear instructions on how to fix the problem.
Customers can track the porting status at all times. The Virtual Porting Agent has automatic error handling, and it also sends reminders when a customer needs to take action. Operator involvement is never required.
What if my customer's porting is rejected?
If a porting is rejected, the customer clearly sees the reason for the rejection. In many cases, the customer can solve the problem themselves (in case of an incorrect customer number, for example).
Whatever the rejection, the portal always displays the exact reason and advises on next steps.
