PXS B.V. (PXS), located at Watermanweg 104, 3067 GG, Rotterdam, The Netherlands, offers telecom regulators visiting CANTO 2025 the chance to receive a 12-month trial period to the PXS Number Management System (NMS) with full functionality.

1. Promotion Details

• Participation Period: July 12^th - July 16^th, 2025.
• Participation Method: To participate, an entry form can be filled out at our booth at CANTO 2025.
• What will be received: One 12-month trial period to the PXS NMS, cloud-hosted with full functionality, including configuration and implementation.
• Draw Announcement: Selected participant will be announced before CANTO 2025 ends.
• Conditions: The trial period is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or other products/services and may not be resold or transferred to third parties. Any taxes or fees arising from the receipt or use trial period are the sole responsibility of the winner.

2. Participant Requirements

Participants must be 18 years or older and employed by or representing a regulatory authority. Each participant may enter only once, and multiple entries will result in disqualification.

3. Liability & Rights of the Organizer

3.1. Limitation of Liability

• The PXS is not liable for any damages, costs, or losses arising from participation, technical malfunctions, network issues, or the awarding and use of the trial period.
• The PXS makes no guarantees regarding the availability, functionality, or suitability of the trial period.

3.2. Fraud & Disqualification

• The PXS reserves the right to disqualify participants in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, false information, or any other action compromising the integrity of the trial period.
• Disqualification results in exclusion from participation and/or revocation of the trial period.

3.3. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

• The PXS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel in cases of force majeure, legal restrictions, or circumstances preventing fair execution.
• In such cases, the PXS is not obligated to provide any compensation to participants.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

4.1 Processing of Personal Data

• By entering, participants grant PXS permission to process their personal data for managing the trial period and communicating about the result.
• PXS will process personal data strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not share data with third parties, except where necessary for the execution of the trial period.

4.2 Storage and Deletion of Data

• All personal data of participants will be deleted no later than 90 days after the end of the trial period unless legal obligations require a longer retention period.
• Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their data. Requests should be submitted to sales@pxs.com.

5. Compliance & complaints

PXS adheres to this code of conduct, which follows the rules and regulations set by the Netherlands Gambling Authority. The result of the trial period is final and cannot be contested. For complaints, please reach out to sales@pxs.com.
