Numbering services specialist PXS set to be undisputed industry leader with acquisition of Teletech
ROTTERDAM, The Netherlands and MARIBOR, Slovenia – November 23, 2023 – PXS (The Netherlands) announces today that it has finalized a definitive agreement acquiring Teletech (Slovenia). Both companies specialize in the design, development, implementation, and management of numbering services for the telecommunications industry. Following this acquisition, PXS becomes the world’s leading provider of number portability solutions and numbering services, covering nearly 40 countries on every continent across the globe.
For over 20 years PXS and Teletech have defined industry standards. Existing and new customers of both companies will benefit from the acquisition, enjoying a wide range of services and continuous product innovation.
