This certification underlines our commitment to safeguarding the availability, integrity and confidentiality of our customers’ data and services.

Why ISO 27001
Security has always been part of our DNA. As our services are characterized by the processing of personal information – such as phone numbers and other personal details – we want to ensure our security practices meet the highest international standards.
ISO 27001 provides the framework to continuously evaluate and improve how we safeguard information. This certification also pushes us to continuously benchmark our way of working: to go beyond compliance and genuinely improve the quality of service.
What the process looked like
During the certification process, which involved an internal audit by an independent partner, we discovered most of our processes were in excellent shape. There were some areas of improvement that we addressed before moving onto the actual audit.
After a very thorough assessment over several days, we were successfully certified under ISO 27001. As stated in the final report: “PXS aligns with the ISO/IEC 27001:2023 standard criteria, as no deviations were found that could hinder the management system from attaining its desired outcomes.”
What’s next
This certification is not the end, but the next step in a continuous journey. “Our ISO27001 certification is a confirmation of our ongoing effort to process and protect the assets trusted to us by our customers,” says Jan Mooijman, CEO of PXS. “We will continue to work within this framework, regularly reviewing our objectives and KPIs against the ever-changing risks and vulnerabilities of the world we live in.”
